Office Administrator Job Details:
This part-time role (15-20 hours per week) offers a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes at high-profile events attended by business and community-minded individuals. As an integral member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our CRM, coordinating event ticketing, handling invoicing, and supporting the execution of high-profile business and charity events.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM data, onboard new members, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Coordinate event logistics, including ticketing and RSVPs.
- Process invoices, reconcile payments, and generate reports using Xero.
- Provide administrative support, scheduling meetings and assisting with reports and communications.
- Assist with marketing and communications, creating content for newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, proofreading all communications, reports, event materials, and member correspondence.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and clarity in written materials. 5+ years of experience in administration or accounts roles is required, along with proficiency in Xero, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
