The purpose of this position is to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, team members, and drivers. You will provide and maintain reporting (internal and external) to facilitate accurate and timely delivery management KPIs.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a background in transport or the fuel industry, preferably with scheduling experience. You must be methodical and have an eye for detail. In this fast-paced environment, you must be able to remain calm so that you can make effective decisions when the pressure is on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise all deliveries, plan, schedule, and utilise fleet and staff availability
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, team members, and drivers
  • Provide and maintain reporting (internal and external) to facilitate accurate and timely delivery management KPIs
