About Our Team

We are responsible for the online authorization and processing of ATM and Merchant Point of Sale acquired card transactions.

Our team ensures they are validated and routed correctly to the issuer for approval.

We also manage data and reporting for cardholder and merchant transaction settlement, delivering seamless and secure transaction processing for ANZ customers.

About Your Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate business requirements.

You will work with both our delivery team and external vendor to build excellent solutions.

You will also work with the production support team to analyse and rectify production issues.
