The Opportunity
As a Payments Technical Analyst, you'll be a critical member of our team and directly impact the success of our partners. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and technical excellence of our payment processing systems.

What You'll Do

  1. Configure and manage payment switches (ACI Postilion preferred), ensuring secure, seamless transactions.
  2. Provide technical guidance on API configurations, integrations, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS).
  3. Deliver accurate and timely reporting, payment processing, and transaction settlement.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to align technical solutions with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  5. Support ATM operations, real-time transaction processing, and card lifecycle management.

What You Bring

  1. Minimum of 7 years' experience working on payment switch systems (ACI Postilion Preferred) in an acquiring and issuing capacity for a bank or a payments processor.
  2. Proven experience with payments switching technology (ACI Postilion preferred), ISO8583 protocols, Postilion Realtime, Postilion Office, Postilion Postcard, ATMApp, and HSM cryptography.
  3. Strong technical proficiency with SQL Server, SQL scripting, networking (TCP/IP), and Windows environments.
  4. Familiarity with Mastercard scheme rules, mandate analysis, and card product lifecycles.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
  6. High emotional intelligence and adaptability to navigate complex, fast-paced situations.
