Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver focused interventions to equip clients with coping mechanisms at work and life

The ideal candidate:

  • A strong sense of empathy and sensitivity towards others
  • Current APC with NZAC, DAPAANZ, SWRB or NZCCA registration
  • Tertiary level 7 Counselling or related qualification and minimum five years of post-study experience required
  • Desirable experience in psychological first aid, couples counselling and working with children and teenagers
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy models e.g. SFT, CBT, FACT desirable
