Job Summary
We are seeking a junior lawyer with experience in family law to join our litigation team in Canterbury.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves working on a broad range of family law matters, including contracting out agreements, separations, dissolution, family violence, adoption, care of children, and protection of property rights.
Key tasks include working with existing clients, nurturing and growing relationships, and developing your own sources of referrals.
Requirements and Qualifications
At least 2 years of PQE, including some Family Law experience, are required. A particular interest in relationship property matters, including contracting out and separation agreements, is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a team-oriented approach, are also necessary.
