  • Achieving sales targets to fundraise for animal welfare
  • Guiding and training volunteers on shifts
  • Providing exceptional customer service and representing the SPCA brand
  • Processing incoming donated goods and visual merchandising to maximise revenue
  • Maintaining the Health and Safety of all people in the shop

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in second-hand retail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • People leadership experience, ideally within the not-for-profit sector with volunteers
  • A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard
  • Demonstrated empathy and resilience
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage workloads
