Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a tidy store environment by restocking shelves, cleaning floors and surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role - preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Manage your time well and be able to manage those around you.
