Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Assistant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term basis. As a member of our dental team, you will work closely with highly trained clinicians and other professionals to provide excellent patient care and support.
Responsibilities
• Assist clinicians during various dental procedures, including taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, and preparing materials.
• Greet patients, review their medical history, and answer any questions they may have.
• Provide patient education and support, such as teaching proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for use.
• Stock and order dental supplies.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but training will be given to the right candidate.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
