About The Role
As Director, Client Development, you will lead key account relationships, developing and executing plans to meet business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and retention, leveraging your expertise in analyzing clinical outcomes and marketing data. Your passion for our company mission and commitment to excellence will drive your success in this role.
You will
- Provide exceptional account management, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and support.
- Manage annual revenue retention and growth, developing and executing account plans that align with client and company goals.
- Understand data well and are data-driven, interpreting and reporting out ROI and clinical metrics to clients.
- Be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement, using previous marketing knowledge and experience to adapt existing materials and co-create campaigns based on client needs.
