We're looking for a dynamic Learning and Organisational Development Lead to spearhead our learning initiatives and elevate our workforce to new heights.

In this role, you'll be the architect of our learning, talent, and performance management landscape, designing impactful programmes that empower our people and align with our strategic vision.

You will be responsible for enhancing kaimahi (employee) skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organisational effectiveness through workforce capability.

A hands-on role, you will be designing, sourcing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programmes.

You'll also lead the design and delivery of work programmes for talent identification and people performance, aligned to Group, Sport NZ, and High Performance Sport NZ strategic objectives.
