Main Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will support the management of properties under our care. This includes:
- Tenant relations: building strong relationships with tenants and ensuring their needs are met
- Property inspections: conducting regular inspections to ensure the properties are well-maintained
- Maintenance coordination: coordinating maintenance work with contractors and suppliers
- Lease administration: handling lease renewals, terminations, and other related tasks
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
