You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, negotiating repayment plans with customers, and working closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing high-risk and high-value customers.
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers, taking into account their individual financial situations and needs.
  • Work closely with our internal stakeholders, including credit analysts and customer support teams, to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience within a collections or telephone experience environment in a similar role or have transferable skills from a customer-facing role.
  • In-depth understanding of receivables management and debt collection processes.
  • Sound knowledge of collections techniques and familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.
