The Opportunity">

This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be visiting clients in their homes to provide personal care and support with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop a personalized care plan to meet their goals.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, we encourage you to apply for this role.

About You:">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and empathetic approach to working with clients. You will also require strong communication skills to effectively work with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our clients. A full New Zealand driver's license and a reliable vehicle are also essential requirements for this role.

Requirements:">
  1. A New Zealand resident, citizen or have an eligible work visa.
  2. A full New Zealand driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  3. Clear English language skills - able to read English instructions and plans and speak clearly in English to clients and colleagues.
  4. Strong customer service skills - good at interacting with a wide range of people and enjoy helping people.
  5. Compassion for the elderly, disabled and those in recovery.
