Key Responsibilities
You will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, support doctors and nurses to ensure timely and quality patient care, lead and support your team, and maintain all budget and financial requirements in the clinic. You will also be a team player, able to support and lead others by example.
Requirements
Prior experience working as a Practice Manager in a General Practice setting is essential. You will need to have a proven ability to lead and motivate a team, strong commercial and financial acumen, and exceptional organisational skills. Experience managing diverse teams and operational challenges is also highly desirable.
