About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-of-house support to clients and visitors.
- Manage monthly financial tasks, including invoicing and project reporting.
- Assist with facilities management, health and safety administration, and social events planning.
- Perform basic IT troubleshooting and marketing support.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role with exposure to invoicing and document formatting.
