Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to identify business improvements.
- Refine business processes based on testing outcomes, maintaining alignment with the approved solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement business solutions.
- Assist in preparing user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support stakeholders during testing phases.
- Provide ongoing analysis and support for existing systems and processes.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology or business transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating clear documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and process maps.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
