  • Conduct daily screenings for trauma care to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather necessary trauma data, perform injury coding, and input data into the system to inform business decisions.
  • Carefully carry out follow-up interviews at 6 and 12 months for patients with severe trauma to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to routine validation, cleaning, and ensuring the completeness of data quality to maintain data integrity and support business growth.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Engage in trauma-related research focused on outcomes and injury prevention to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Assist in reviewing data requirements, abstraction guidelines, and registry workflows to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Take part in annual data audits to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Nursing (Singapore Registered Nurse) or Biomedical Sciences or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.
  • Prior experience in database management and statistical reporting is a plus.
