Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Store Manager to lead our Auckland store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of 40-50 staff members, driving in-store sales through your motivation and strength as a senior leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop your team to drive in-store sales
- Reporting directly to an Area Manager who will support your long-term goals and ambitions
- Collaborate with other department managers and stock controllers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
