Job Description
This role involves helping support people into employment, emergency housing, administering hardship grants and other financial assistance as required. You will work independently and collaboratively with other team members to assess client needs and develop personalized support plans. This includes providing case management support, advice, and guidance to clients in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of clients and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  2. Conduct interviews with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to overcome them.
  3. Navigate various computer systems to record and manage client information.
