About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Channels Lead to join our team in Auckland. The successful candidate will have a background in web tech or digital publishing and a strong understanding of technical considerations in project planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Scope requirements, create and manage timelines, coordinate and approve content, ensure deadlines are met, estimate, allocate and communicate resource requirements.
  • Be comfortable getting into the tools and building experiences across channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a digital publishing and/or digital production role, getting hands-on with web and email publishing tools.
  • Understanding of content optimisation using A/B testing methodologies.
  • First-hand experience analysing data and performance, brainstorming ideas to shift behaviour.
  • Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration and being ok with refining and defining requests along with subject matter experts in order to deliver the best possible outcome for customers.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools to manage your workload – like Miro, Figma, Jira.
