Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing engineering support to ensure the maintenance of manufacturing plants and services without compromising staff safety, product safety, or operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve manufacturing system performance.
  • Analyze new and existing equipment to develop preventative maintenance plans.
  • Drive the reliability program, including RCPE process and triggers to prevent future failures.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends and proposing corrective actions.
  • Support capital project initiatives by assessing equipment reliability and suggesting improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance in evaluating and implementing new technologies and equipment.
  • Maintain and update maintenance documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Trade Qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a reliability engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and understanding of MTBF, MTTR.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in developing preventative maintenance plans.
