About the Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team and work directly with Project Directors and Programme Leads to ensure capital delivery projects are scoped and planned effectively.

This is an opportunity to further refine your project experience and contribute to meaningful community infrastructure and water utility projects.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track programme and project progress, identifying potential delays, and recommending corrective actions
  • Ensure timelines align with quality expectations
  • Identify potential delays or risks and suggest corrective actions to ensure project success
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on project timelines, progress, and forecasts

About You

Ideally, you will have a strong background in leading scheduling, planning, or related disciplines within the construction activity on large-scale programmes.

You'll also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to initiate and engage effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.

Additionally, you will have:

  • A thorough understanding of best practice within infrastructure programmes of work
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling methods
  • The ability to interpret schedules, resource plans, and progress reports
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent project reporting skills and ability to track and manage project risks
