About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in project management, with experience in large infrastructure projects, large-scale housing, regeneration projects, or other major government capital projects. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Well-developed relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • A bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop and manage project plans within budget and timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations across design, planning, construction, and maintenance
