Job Overview:
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week. The position is based in our Whangarei branch and requires a flexible approach to working with the team. As a Trade Counter Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring products are organised and ready for delivery, accurately checking and receipting product into our systems, and supporting the team in inventory management, inwards goods, and delivery tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting capabilities
  • Towing a trailer (8-9 metres long) and possessing a Full New Zealand driver's licence
