Job Description:
Rocket Lab USA is a pioneering company in the field of launch and space systems. We're on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth.

We're seeking an experienced Flight Analysis Lead to join our Neutron team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of flight analysis methods and ensure they are continually compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-house flight analysis tools
- Lead the execution of 6 DoF and 3 DoF simulations
- Quantify failure probabilities using statistical models
- Handle large data sets and develop flight safety displays for launch operators
- Ensure continual compliance with FAA, NASA, USAF, and DOD regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent qualification
- 6+ years' experience in engineering analysis, numerical modelling & simulation, statistics, multi-physics, or similar fields
- Strong understanding of launch vehicle flight dynamics, orbital mechanics, and GNC
- Strong programming skills and familiarity with Python, C/C++
