Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team, working with youth aged between 13 to 17. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments and make recommendations for intervention, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for:
- Assessing and diagnosing individuals experiencing mental health and addiction issues
- Providing psychological assessments and making recommendations for intervention for young people in CYFS's care and in the community
- Working closely with other services to provide consultancy and support
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Masters Degree in Psychology and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- Registration with the NZ Psychologist Board and a current annual practising certificate
