Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering complex radiation therapy treatments, providing clinical supervision and support to colleagues, and maintaining high levels of patient care. You will work closely with the team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A wide range of advanced radiation therapy planning knowledge gathered over at least three years practicing as a radiation therapist.
- An interest in brachytherapy or developing brachytherapy planning and treatment skills.
- Proven leadership, self-awareness, and maturity when dealing with complex situations, specifically when planning radiation therapy techniques.
- A high level of emotional intelligence and ability to connect and communicate knowledge with people.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and solve problems independently.
