Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will also be expected to supervise assistants and Rehab Techs and participate in case management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards and guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of assistants and Rehab Techs
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a strong educational background in physical therapy and a valid state license. Prior experience working in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
