As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing excellent customer service to our patients and staff.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Providing reception support to our team
  • Creating reports, invoices, and receipts
  • Monitoring patient accounts and records
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and hospital-based electronic systems
  • Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines and offer a degree of flexibility with a 'can-do' attitude
