The Warehouse Group is seeking an experienced Fashion Design Specialist to join its in-house design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing commercial ranges that meet customer needs and stay ahead of fashion trends.

About the Role:

  • Trend forecasting: Identify key items, colours, fabrics, details, and products for seasonal launches across women's and men's apparel categories.
  • Apparel range and graphics design: Work collaboratively with buying and sourcing teams to create cohesive ranges.
  • Market research: Apply market and trend information through design analytics.

Requirements:

  • A true customer mindset with the ability to design fitting commercial needs.
  • Passionate team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Nimble to change with strong adaptability to priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proven intermediate to senior level designer experience, including product concept through execution and partnering with overseas manufacturers.
  • Experience working across Activewear highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of 3D technical program - Browzwear (or equivalent 3D design technology) a big bonus.
  • Demonstrated creative ability, including graphics, textile design, and visual merchandising.
  • Commercial sense working within a retail environment.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator & Photoshop.
