Bakery Position

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at LET'S WORK IN NZ LTD. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake a variety of bread, cakes, and pastries for customer orders and display.
  • Prepare and merchandise baked goods in a clean and safe environment.
  • Receive and store ingredients and supplies.
  • Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Baker with NZQA Level 3, 4, or 5 baking qualification or similar/equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work non-rostered shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
