Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Technical Support Team Lead.

This is a fixed-term contract role that will cover maternity leave, but we are a growing company with a range of potential future opportunities.

As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that delivers top-tier technical support to our customers, channel partners, and internal teams across the globe.

You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, developing and motivating your team to achieve resilient and sustainable outcomes.

  • Lead and develop a team, fostering a high-performing, engaged team culture.
  • Oversee daily operations of a 24-hour global technical support team to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery, driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to develop the team's skills and career pathways.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement and uphold best practices for customer interaction and issue resolution.
