About the Role: As a Residential Support Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in leading and managing support workers across our three sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Rostering and coordinating support workers across locations
• Acting as the line manager for staff across the three sites
• Providing training and development for support workers
• Ensuring HR protocols are followed and best practices are upheld
• Liaising with Hauora services and other relevant stakeholders
• Regularly checking in with remote staff to provide guidance and support
What We're Looking For:
- • Leadership & management experience – this is a must
• Level 4 Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (or higher)
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
