About you To be successful in this position, we are looking for an individual with:

  • A current registration with the Social Workers Registration Board (New Zealand) with a valid practising certificate
  • A Diploma, Bachelors or Master of Social Work as recognised by the SWRB
  • Previous experience in the application of social work processes, theories, models and concepts
  • Professional competence to ensure quality health social work is provided to clients and their family / whanau / carers

We seek someone who can demonstrate the highest standards of personal, professional and institutional behaviour through commitment, loyalty and integrity. You will also need to undertake tasks in a culturally sensitive manner and work effectively with and around people.
