- Lead and develop the Accounts team, focusing on accurate and timely payments and receipts.
- Establish clear accountabilities and performance standards to drive success.
- Monitor financial processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong working relationships across the organization and with external partners to achieve mutual goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business efficiency.
About You
- You must have at least three years of experience managing finance operations teams in a medium to large organization.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for building a high-performing team.
- Experience in financial accounting and accounts processing is required, preferably in a complex environment.
- A proven track record in customer service and stakeholder engagement is necessary to drive success.
- A relevant qualification in accounting, such as CAANZ, is preferred or currently being pursued.
