Straitnz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Receivable team. As the financial backbone of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient financial operations of Straitnz.
**About the Role**
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing finance operations teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build a high-performing team. You will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and internal/external stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service.
- Lead and develop the Accounts team to ensure accurate and timely payments and receipts.
- Establish clear accountabilities and performance standards.
- Monitor financial processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A minimum of three years' experience managing finance operations teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in financial accounting and accounts processing in a medium to large organization.
- A proven track record in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- A relevant qualification in accounting (CAANZ preferred or working towards it).
