The Role

As a Sales and Service Manager reporting directly to your Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving department sales and service, taking ownership of team performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  1. Drive department sales and service, taking full ownership of the team's performance and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Manage, coach, develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales budgets.
  3. Liaise with Visual Merchandising to ensure all visual elements are in place before store opening.
  4. Drive a customer-centric culture across departments, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service.
  5. Implement and communicate promotional plans for upcoming events, maximizing sales and brand awareness.
