**Role Overview**

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager plays a critical role in driving customer and commercial success across Datacom's SaaS Product portfolio. This position supports developing GTM plans and executing key go-to-market programs to launch new services, drive lead generation, and expansion opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to and execute ongoing initiatives in support of our GTM journey.
  • Provide GTM business analyses to inform growth programs and develop and execute on plans to meet or exceed GTM goals.
  • Lead GTM planning and develop executional plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams in the business to drive operational initiatives.
  • Execute high-impact growth plans.
  • Contribute to financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term.

**Requirements**

  • Customer-first approach - ability to put customer needs at the heart of everything we do.
  • Analytical skills - ability to analyse GTM data effectively to support fact-based decision making.
  • Orchestration and GTM planning - skills to bring cross-functional teams together in planning and execution.
