The Job:
We're seeking a Web Content and IT Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our website is up-to-date and delivering the best experience for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Product Onboarding & Content Creation: Manage the process of bringing new products from the pending list to the live site, collaborating with vendors and suppliers to gather product details.
• IT Hardware & Systems Support: Set up and maintain hardware, administer Windows-based computers and G-Suite, and provide network administration and troubleshooting.
• IT Support & Ticket Management: Assist crew members with IT issues and troubleshooting, manage and report on the IT ticket system, and develop helpful resources to empower crew members to resolve simple issues.
