We're seeking a talented Video Content Producer to lead our video production efforts and shape our visual storytelling. In this role, you'll be the creative force behind our diverse video content, from recruitment materials to program features and interviews.

Role Overview: As our Video Content Producer, you'll oversee end-to-end video production while working closely with our Marketing team. You'll drive creative direction, manage production workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the complete video production process, from concept to final delivery.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient production workflows using cutting-edge tools.
  3. Generate and execute creative concepts through collaboration with team members.
  4. Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure content quality and consistency.
  5. Monitor and incorporate industry trends to enhance audience engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years demonstrated track record in video editing and production.
  2. Intermediate proficiency in professional editing software (Final Cut Pro, After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro).
  3. Experience with emerging technologies, including AI-based production tools.
  4. Strong storytelling abilities and awareness of current creative trends.
  5. Must have own equipment.
  6. Experience with innovative content creation tools.
  7. Full NZ Drivers Licence – use of campus car to travel across 3x Auckland campus and Hamilton.
