As part of this division, the Procurement Operations Expert will be responsible for executing procurement contracts from requisition to contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Operationalise procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide advisories to requestors to facilitate sound buying decisions.
  • Support the sharing and training of procurement procedures to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the delivery of Procurement Service Level Agreements commitments.
  • Participate in cross-functional improvement projects to enhance procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Good understanding of Government Procurement policies advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Situational problem-solving skills and ability to condense complex problems into executable solutions.
