Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work closely with our CEO to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet our business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design and produce marketing content and collateral.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance, as well as Hunter Campbell's eCommerce presence and capability.
  • Work closely with the merchandising team on all in-store marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience within retail, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and brand development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Innovative and proactive with a passion for driving brand success.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional value.
