Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Graduate Packaging Technologist to join our Innovation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and championing packaging development initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the achievement of business goals by providing cost-efficient advice and packaging solutions.
  • Identify and lead packaging and sustainability projects, meeting timeframes and budgets required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Search for alternative packaging materials and equipment to deliver financial benefits to the business.
  • Provide technical support to help resolve customer inquiries, problems, and concerns.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Technology, or similar endorsements.
  • Experience working within a food manufacturing environment (advantageous but not necessary).
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
  • Positivity and a solutions-focused approach.
  • An innovative mindset.
  • Flexibility and agility.
