The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and manufacturing excellence. You'll have experience in managing large-scale production processes, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the total production process of the Visy Board Wiri manufacturing facility
  • Manage all aspects of manufacturing, including HSE, people, HR/payroll, process management, productivity, technical, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
  • Proven experience in lean manufacturing and manufacturing excellence
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results
