You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth logistical execution of events and catering in a safe and efficient manner whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience.
This role is responsible for ensuring all tasks associated with food production are performed with due regard for Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
