Job Summary:

  • As a Solution Architect, you will design and deliver solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and advance our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solution architectures in end-user-focused domains, such as ITSM, ITAM, and ESM, built around our ServiceNow instance.
  • Focus on end-user technology solutions, including modern desktop management, collaboration tools, and mobility & telephony.
  • Identify and evaluate alternative architectures, balancing cost, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a senior technical role, preferably 3-5 years as a senior engineer or junior solution architect.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
