As an experienced Alcohol and Drug Clinician, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing a flexible community-based, intensive treatment and rehabilitation service for tangata whaiora and their whanau.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Design and implement individualized care plans, incorporating Maori cultural practices and values
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Maori cultural concepts, including tikanga and te reo
  • Experience working with high-need individuals and/or whanau experiencing significant mental health and addiction problems
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
