About the Position:

We're seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team and take on responsibility for collecting and managing debtor accounts, addressing customer queries, and contributing to the reduction of company debt levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and managing debtor accounts to optimize cash flow and minimize overdue payments
  • Resolving customer queries, feedback, and complaints through effective communication and escalation procedures
  • Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to reduce debt levels and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing regular reporting on debt levels and movements

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Credit Controller with experience in Accounts Receivable and debtor control. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results.
