Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
  • Assist in the preparation, display, and service of food on a daily basis
  • Process orders as per guest requirements - table and bar service in some outlets
  • Manage the operation of the Point of Sale system and balance takings at the end of each shift
  • Buss tables, restock display cabinets, and maintain rubbish areas
